We visit people one on one in care homes providing extra support for busy families who live out of town, have a planned holiday or who are unable to visit regularly. Our visits consist of personlised activities (Tailored to your loved ones interest) assisted outings and assisted outdoor exercise. We liase with care staff and send an update and photo after our visits.
